| Coding |
| Staffed primarily by
RN's, our coding department is comprised of individuals
who have been extensively trained in ED coding.
We are staffed to provide both professional and
facility coding. |

| Billing |
| Our billing partner
is also a Kansas owned company. They have 22 years
of experience in medical billing. Together we are
committed to accurate, timely billing that never
compromises patient privacy. No patient information
is outsourced. We keep abreast of national trends
and can provide comprehensive reports about
your ED business. |

| Management |
| We offer expertise
in all aspects of ED operations from physical layout
to personnel management. We appoint one of our
physicians as medical director to each hospital
we serve.
The medical director and/or ESK management team
meets monthly with hospital administration to address
any hospital concerns. Dr. Ted Cook is the senior
ESK Medical Director. He works through an established
patient concern management system to resolve any
patient concerns that may arise. |

| Education |
| We regularly educate
our physicians on clinical issues in the ED. All
physicians are required to have current ACLS and
ATLS certifications. |
